Bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are great; living space and kitchen are spacious; pool is beautiful and the cabana area provides shade.   Ten of us stayed at Villa Ardisia for 9 nights over spring break. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. We liked how new and modern it was compared to a lot of the other dated looking rentals on the island. The pool was beautiful, as was the kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Ardisia is close to town and to the Westin Resort. Our group would definitely recommend this place!

  There has been a group of 9 college friends who have been going to St John annually for close to 15 years now. We have stayed at a number of different vacation homes around the island, but Ardisia is at the top of our list!
  
  This home had an abundance of space to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The pool area was the largest that we have experienced. It was laid out with much thought where those who were sun lovers had an ample supply of rays while those who needed shade, could still enjoy the ambiance poolside with protection.
  
  Next to the pool is huge outdoor patio and dining area with grill. It is a great spot to grab a morning coffee while watching an iguana sunning in a tree or a place to spread out and take and afternoon nap with the Caribbean breezes!
  
  The guest rooms were large and had all of the amenities that one would need on vacation. The entire villa was very clean, and landscaping was immaculate!
  
  The thing that stood out most is that everything worked - and if it didn't for a brief period, maintenance was there to fix it! For those who have been to the islands before, you know what I am talking about!
  
  The staff at Catered To where very professional and responsive to our needs.
  
  This property is definitely 5 Star, and we plan to return!

  We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday week at the Ardisia. We returned to St John after an 8 year hiatus and of course we were not disappointed. We have rented many villas over the years primarily in the Virgin Grand Estates. The Ardisia was a new location for us (chocolate hole, cruz bay). The house is magnificent. The location is convenient to town and the north shore beaches. The rooms are spacious and the common great room was a wonderful place to hangout as were the outdoor patios and pool. Would highly recommend the Ardisia and looking forward to our return!

  We had 4 couples stay for the week. What a beautiful place and loved the views, day and night. The location was amazing, close to town to get dinners, but far enough to feel private. We had 3 meals in villa with chefs, that was a great way to relax and enjoy the evening. We spent several days just enjoying the pool and shade areas, spent the rest of the time hitting different beaches.

  This is my 2nd time renting Ardisia. I chose it a few years ago to bring my family to celebrate my 50th. Upon arrival it confirmed I made the right choice. Ardisia has it all. Perfect location, calming yet elegant decor, enough space for guests to have their own space, yet enough gathering area, to gather and have fun together.   Ardisia was perfect. It's not often the product is better than the advertised photos, but true for Ardisia. Modern, well kept, classy, private, close enough to town yet quiet. 5 adult couples and all bedrooms mostly the same, no couple had to "compromise" and take the lesser bedroom. Pool is great and we spent a lot of time under the open pavilion. Snorkeled right off the house. Would be hard to stay anywhere else!
