Coqui is a newly renovated cliff side villa perched 50 feet above the brilliant blue waters of Pillsbury Sound overlooking St. Thomas. Named for the sound made by St. John’s softly chirping tree frogs, Coqui combines island charm and modern convenience into one perfect vacation home. Coqui offers every modern convenience including full air conditioning. The three plush bedroom suites are replete with imported Italian tile and richly burnished tropical hardwood, and each looks out on those spectacular vistas.

Located on the southwestern shore of the island, Coqui commands constant breezes with an incomparable 180 degree panoramic view that will take your breath away. Quiet and private, this beautiful home is within easy driving distance of Cruz Bay’s shopping, dining and nightlife options. It’s also only a short drive to the peerless beaches of the North Shore. After a day spent soaking up the sun, you’ll come home to Coqui content, ready to be lulled to sleep by the chirps of the tree frogs.

  We had a wonderful stay at Coqui! The property was beautiful with amazing views! It was perfect for a family of 5 with teenagers and 1 college student. The home was very comfortable with many great amenities. We only had problems with getting the washing machine to work and just know the air conditioning in the master bedroom blows directly on your face when you are trying to sleep. But the air conditioning worked well in the master. We had to call about the living room air conditioner and they were prompt to get it cooling again. The pool was refreshing and we loved lounging on the floats while admiring the view. This was also a great location near many delicious restaurants, the visitor center, and beaches. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with us! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family time together.

  Coqui is an amazing property. Peaceful, views that go on forever, spectacular sunsets, starlight at night, especially with a full moon. The pool was enjoyable all day long. We were pleased with the entry to the house. The driveway in front of the house is flat with a ramp leading into the front door. Made unloading luggage so easy.

  This is a beautiful villa with unobstructed views of St Thomas. The property is even better in person as the pictures do not do the justice.   The location of this property is amazing. Sitting on a mountain overlooking the lake water. Everything was very clean. Lots of cooking supplies just like a regular home. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were amazing. The absolute only issue I had with the property was that the lighting was very dim at night, even inside the house very dim. I would highly recommend this property and Catered Vacations.

  This was our second visit to Coqui, and we loved it.The location and the view cannot be beaten. The Catered to Staff was very helpful and professional. They even stored some personal items for us over the winter! Located close to Cruz Bay and easy access from Greater Cruz Bay Road. Some minor disappointments, which did not take away significantly from our vacation were that the icemaker in the fridge did not work last year or this year. Also, the outdoor grill is unreliable. TV use is complicated, but we were able to watch the Super Bowl, even though our team lost in the final seconds! Overall, a great vacation which we shared with another couple. We plan to come back next year!

  This house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! We loved the location. The only thing I didn't understand is that the downstairs bedrooms aren't accessible from the inside of the house. It's set up kind of like a motel. It wasn't a big deal because my kids are older, and I felt that they were safe. However, if I had younger kids, it wouldn't have worked for us.

  Everything about Coqui is terrific. Location on Mary's Bluff yields great views and crashing surf. Modern Kitchen, well maintained villa. Parking is tight but OK. Spacious bedrooms with king size beds.Fairly dark inside. My only complaint is that the "greeter" no longer helps transport my family or luggage to the car rental location.

  Our stay at Coqui far exceeded our expectations! The view is far more amazing than the pictures can show! The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great spot for a sunset dip after a day of exploring the island - so many amazing places to spend time.
  Tips: Driving in from Cruz Bay, you will pass 2 grocery stores on the way to Coqui! Either can provide plenty of supplies to get you through the first few days. You'll want to explore some of the restaurants - every place we called was open to carry-out (and most were open for in-person seating, should you want that).
  We recommend a Jeep. The island has many steep hills, including the driveway to Coqui!
  We are already planning a return trip!

  This house was very well suited for our family of 5.
  We highly recommend this property. Were worried about the downstairs bedrooms not having indoor access to the main floor living area - with kids age 17,14 & 12 - but the pool area and patio area were just natural extensions of the indoor area feeling protected and safe. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Restaurants were difficult to get into - so we prepped a lot of our meals and ordered takeout the rest of the time. Location is great. Close to town but in a completely high end residential area. We used the cooler and snorkel gear provided. Driveway is small and steep - but no match for the Jeep that we rented. (Highly recommend a Jeep) Get to your favorite beach before 9:00am to assure parking.
  The car barge between islands took 2 hours each way with waiting in line.

  Stressful experience planning vacation which got upended by pandemic. Throughout, Catered To was very professional, responsive and kind. The villa was beautiful with jaw-dropping views which one can never get tired of. Every room had a wonderful view and the pool deck so nice to relax after a swim or for stargazing. Kitchen great to cook in which we made use of every night including the grill. I did have to use bug spray whenever I went out, but I knew mosquitos are a common problem on the island in general, not specific to the property. The laundry room was a little hard to get to but they were excellent machines which we made good use of. There were some AC issues which they took care of promptly. We very much appreciated the owners having snorkel fins which we used, and saved money on rentals. Such a nice touch. Highly recommend this villa and the staff at Catered To.
