Fanned out atop a hillside overlooking Great Cruz Bay on St. John's south shore, EauSea boasts a wonderfully spacious floorplan and several downright glorious areas to entertain. With an infinity-edge pool, plush bar pavilion, pool table, TV room, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, this villa is ideal for daytime relaxation or evening soirees.

EauSea's location makes for lots of lovely island breezes, and it's also a perfect jumping off point for exploring St. John. And for days when you're more in the mood to put your feet up than go out on adventures, this villa is definitely the place to be. A large great room and kitchen area is equipped with every modern convenience and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The four bedroom suites are private and richly appointed (three with outdoor showers), and each has its own secluded patio with a view of the sea. Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax and watch tv by the outdoor bar area or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid back nightlife.

  We loved our stay at Eau Sea just as much as the first time we stayed 5 years ago. The house and views are perfection. We felt secluded in Chocolate Hole, however still a less than 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay. I HIGHLY reccomend vacationing with Catered To. We will be back, and sooner than five years next time!

  Eau Sea was by far the best house we’ve ever rented. We have stayed in Lower & Upper Peter Bay and this was a better house with a better location for us. We had an issue with one AC unit and Catered To had it fixed in 2 days.

  EauSea is an amazing retreat home. It had everything we needed plus much more. The chef worthy kitchen, the billiard room, outdoor living space, the pool, the indoor living space for rainy days, the beds were extremely comfortable, the outdoor showers gave a quaint outdoorsy experience, and the views from EVERY angle...I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Our greeter, Wini, was a wealth of knowledge making our adventures around the island go smoothly. The home is in a perfect location and we would recommend it to anyone!

  Probably the most beautiful, best appointed, everything worked villa we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous views of Great Cruz Bay, outdoor covered and non covered areas just perfect for a group of 8. Amenities we loved: WORKING ice maker, internet that worked flawlessly wherever you were in or out of house, a fully appointed kitchen with every single appliance that worked, comfortable king mattresses in every bedroom and it was CLEAN - inside and out. 10 min to Cruz Bay. Shaded outdoor pool area in afternoon. Can’t wait to come again.

Our personal favorites were the beautiful outdoor showers in 3 of the rooms, and the ice machine in the kitchen!! So convenient when making those Painkillers!! Do not hesitate...this place (and catered to!!) is the BEST!!
