Reefside Villa

Set on the waterfront in Chocolate Hole on St. John's south shore, Reefside Villa boasts a wonderfully spacious floor plan and a downright glorious pool area. With a large scalloped pool, plush bar pavilion, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, the terrace is ideal for evening soirees. The five king suites are private and richly appointed, and the home is completely air conditioned.

Reefside Villa’s water front location makes for lovely island breezes, and it's also one of the few villas on the South Shore that offers exceptional snorkeling access right in your own front yard! Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax in the comfortable great room, put together a meal in the fully loaded kitchen, or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid back nightlife.

  ReefSide Villa is a fantastic beach rental. Very private, with all bedrooms in separate buildings.
  Lots of spaces for family to hang out together. Pool area is great too. Cannot recommend it highly enough for large parties. Catered to Vacations is great to work with.

  We felt old world charm in our Reefside villa in Chocolate Hole on Saint John. We ate wonderful food including the Extra Virgin Bistro exquisite food and service. We ate on the beach at La Tapa and had a really wonderful dinner there as well. Had a fun dive with the Low Key Dive shop. Massages from Cheryl and Layla. CC car rental super helpful with our late flights! Winifred from catered to was just a wonderful person to greet and settle us in the villa!
  We played in the sand and snorkeled daily. What a truly wonderful vacation . Thankyou so much to the villa managers for making us feel pampered! Place was emaculate and we would like to come back!

  This was my first time staying in Reefside and I was not disappointed! There was tons of room for everyone to have their own space, but also great rooms for everyone to gather in. Mornings out on the balcony were lovely. The pool was outstanding and was used daily. It was great to have the access to the water and we snorkeled in Chocolate Hole several times and the snorkeling was better than some of the beaches. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed for the little bit of cooking that we did. Each bedroom was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely en suite bathroom. This was the perfect distant to town and the north shore beaches, not too close and not too far. This was the perfect escape!
