Villa Alondras

One of the few rental villas on St. John with private beach access, Alondras is ideally located just a few yards from the lapping waves of Great Cruz Bay and walking distance to The Westin Resort. Alondras is a beautifully appointed vacation retreat. This four-bedroom, five-bath home offers a large fully loaded kitchen, dining areas and interior access to all bedrooms, as well as central air conditioning, smart TV’s, a stationary bicycle, elliptical equipment and a SONOS sound system. If you like being on the water this villa has two kayaks and two SUP's (stand up paddle boarding) for guest use.

  We had a fabulous family vacation with 7 adults - the en suite bathrooms and well-stocked kitchen really made it comfortable. The pool and views are just as represented in the photos! The hot tub was not working while we were there, so check that before arrival, if that is important to you.

  Villa Alondras was a great place for my wife and I to take our adult children. Each of the 4 rooms was basically like a master bedroom. The view from the pool was very nice and a direct path to the beach was a bonus. It was very close to town and a small mini mart was just across the street. I would definitely stay there again!

  This was our second year at this villa. 7 of us have been vacationing together for 20 years and this is our favorite rental. Very convenient location... Close to everything without having to drive on steep and dangerous roads. The Villa is always immaculate and very well appointed. The common living space is perfect for a group. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable... And the bathrooms are as well.
  The pool is totally delightful and exposed to enough sunlight That makes it always a nice temperature. Outdoor dining is in a shaded area, which makes it perfect throughout the day.
  Henry, the property manager, was always easy to contact, was on site to greet us, and returned texts immediately.
  We have no negatives or suggestions as to how to make this place nicer... And we’re looking forward to coming back next year!

  This home has everything. Beautiful home, beautiful view, location to town, privacy, walk the beach to the Westin resort for cocktails. Located in Great Cruz Bay. We even had an amazing sailing excursion with Sailingtipitina. They picked us up on the beach in front of the house then took us out to their sail boat located in Great Cruz Bay. Henry stocked the house with requested food and wine per our request so when we arrived there was no need to rush off to the store. A private chef was recommend which we took advantage one evening and by far the best meal of the week. We highly recommend chef Vincent Alterio. To many compliments to mentioned them all.

  Absolutely ideal location. Very near groceries, restaurants (short drive), the Westin and anything you would want to see in St. John. Views were stunning and the private sandy beach is unmatched. Excellent build quality of home, cleaning crew did a great job, and amenities were top notch. Charter picked us up right on our beach. The only negative was a broken hot tub (entire stay) but surely that would be fixed for future guests.

  Even better than advertised. This home is a beautiful as they get on the island. And it's humongous. We had 5 adults and 3 kids with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone.
  You have every amenity from home here, but on the beach in Great Cruz Bay. The house is so well decororated and cared for, even the kids picked up after themselves sometimes. It actually feels like you're staying in a wealthy friend's home.
  The sunsets are off the charts here. The pool is amazing. And Henry, the property manager, took great care of us.
  Highly recommend. It's expensive, but worth it!

  This house was absolutely PERFECT for our family of six! We spent hours hanging out in the pool and hot tub. The view is spectacular and the layout offered great options for seating in and out of the sun. The Sonos system allowed us to enjoy our own music. The location close to town was helpful, but it was still very private. We never heard a peep from the Westin next door, and although we imagined going over there for a drink, we were so content with the house that we simply never left. We have rented villas in St. John five times and this one was, hands down, the BEST!

  This house is amazing! We have stayed in STJ for years and this one was one of our favorite properties. Great location - next door to Westin. Family friendly layout - all bedrooms attached to main house. Outside area was wonderful - nice size pool, lots of chairs, fabulous view. Beach access was great - we were able to have our boat charter pull right up in front of the house. Amenities were perfect, house was clean and in great condition. Highly recommend!
