Located in the exclusive Estate Rendezvous neighborhood, Villa Panache enjoys peaceful, private surroundings and is also just a short drive from Cruz Bay and the world-renowned North Shore beaches. If you’d rather stay in, though, the villa itself is fully loaded.   We shared this lovely home with 6 couples which was accommodated very well. Each room had their own bathroom and all had outside areas to enjoy the beautiful views. Management was quick to respond when issues arose, refrigerated needed a reset ! Pool was great and enjoyed by all after beach and boating during the day. Kitchen fully stocked as well. It’s my 7th year renting on St John and it is Paradise on earth 💕

  We had 5 couples renting this villa and it provided each of us with our own bedroom and ensuite bath. Nobody had to feel as if they "drew the short straw"! In fact, we enjoyed this villa so much, we spent more time there than going out to the beaches. Most of us had been to St. John before but even the ones that hadn't just wanted to enjoy this beautiful house. It was well equipped and lacked for nothing. Catered To was fantastic to deal with and were always available for any questions we had during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

  We loved our time at this beautiful home - it was close to Crux Bat for easy access to restaurants and shops and had plenty of room for each family member to have his or her own space. The only recommendation I have is to add a hot tub because the pool was a bit chilly! The view certainly made up for it!

  The photos of this house and the view do it no justice. If you're looking for a house for multiple couples or a large family this is the perfect set up. All the rooms have their own bathroom and view. The main house was very spacious. The view was by far the best part of the house. You'll definitely need to rent a jeep when staying here. Cruz Bay is only 10 mins (if that away). We would stay here again, no questions asked!

  We had a wonderful two week trip to St John and stayed at villa Panache. We had a couple of issues with the villa, did not have water on our last full day but Roy the maintenance man came by and fixed the problem quickly. There was also a slow leak in the lower level that we lived with. A couple of the bathrooms in the separate tower could use some updating.
  on a positive note you can not beat the view from this villa, Amazing! The common space and outdoor space is great and we never felt crowded with 8 people. If the bathrooms in the tower were updated and there wasn't a leak I would give this villa all 5 stars.

  We had an awesome time at Villa Panache.We arrived on the island, and met by a Catered to representative, who led us to the Villa. This was extremely nice because this Villa is not easy to find.
  We had a wonderful view. The Villa was extremely well stocked with anything you might need. We also had ample beach chairs, cooler and beach towels for our beach days.
  We had 5 couples who throughly loved each of their bedroom suites.

  We have been to St John numerous times in the last 15 years. It would be very hard not to enjoy this beautiful island. We have rented two bedrooms up to 7 bedrooms. We have spent a good amount of money to rent properties, I also feel we do not complain. We arrived at Villa Panache on a Friday, Saturday we started to load up for the beach, there were 9 of us. We were left 9 beach chairs 4 of which were not broken or dangerous. Made a call to Catered to requesting new chairs by the next day and we never saw or heard from anyone. The bedroom that I stayed in had a leak that required emptying a small garbage can daily, yellowish looking water, not pleasant. There were no locked boxes or safes with keys and you could lock up the downstairs. We requested a pack and play for our 1 year old grandson it had no pad.
  The view from the villa was outstanding and again we always have a great time. But this villa is in need of tender loving care, photos that you use need to be updated.

  The view from Villa Panache is amazing. One of the best we have seen on the island. The Villa is perfect for multiple couples and large families. The great room and outdoor space is perfect for gathering together. The Villa's bedrooms are spread out which allowed each couple/family private space with personal balconies. The downstairs apartment allowed a separate space for those who were on different sleep schedules from those upstairs. We had a couple of small issues with a toilet and shower, but Cateredto was very responsive and had both issues fixed within a few hours. The Cateredto staff was great. They were helpful with all our questions regarding both the Villa and the island.
