  What a lovely villa! We cannot say enough about this gorgeous home. The pictures do not do it justice. The only negative falls on us -- we did not book enough nights to fully enjoy this beautiful place!
  
  One bonus to note -- the four masters are all the equitiable, so everyone gets to experience the same luxury including beautiful views from the shower. The only difference is two rooms are on the first level and two are on the bottom.

  This house was perfect for our group of 8! The setup was perfect and the house had everything we needed! This is our 4th time renting a house on St. John and we all agreed this was our favorite house so far! We enjoyed the pool daily! Loved that this location was close to Cruz Bay! Customer service for this house was great! They were very accommodating and helpful with anything we asked! Would highly recommend this to others and would also stay here again! We enjoyed snorkeling and renting a dinghy from Wharfside Village and spending a day on the water!

  Our 25th time to St. John but our first stay at Villa Royce. We loved the layout of the villa and it was well equipped for us. The convince to town and groceries was excellent. The only “negative” was that there wasn’t a lot of pool deck and early afternoon most of the pool and deck was shaded. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool though. Good value for your money. The staff at Catered To were, as usual, excellent to work with and responsive to our needs. Will definitely use them again and have many times.

  We just came back from a great week in St John at Villa Royce. The villa was as described online and shown in pics. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of glassware and silverware. Great location overlooking Great Cruz Bay and the Westin Resort. Clean and well stocked. The large beach cooler and many beach chairs were an added bonus.

  We have rented many villas all over St John. Thi is our favorite! Great layout with big open kitchen, plenty of room for family by the pool and very comfortable family room to watch a movie! Each bedroom has a sun rise view with ensuite bathroom.Great location - 5 minute drive to town but so much privacy at villa. More than enough room for our group of 8 adults!
