This one-bedroom, one-bathroom, quaint island retreat offers tranquility for a solo getaway or a romantic escape, and it is guaranteed to be YOUR Happy Place by the time you depart.

The open floor plan features a cozy living area, a dining area for two, and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor areas expand your living space during your stay, with a spacious covered balcony featuring a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture for you to relax while taking in the view and sea breezes.

The sleeping quarters are air-conditioned with a queen-size Simmons mattress and top-quality linens, promising a good night’s sleep after a day of St. John adventures. An en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower ensures that you’ll enjoy every comfort in your home away from home during your stay.
The Happy Place is located in the perfect combination of privacy and convenience: away from it all yet close to town. Here, you are just moments away from the bustling town center of Cruz Bay and, just beyond that, the Virgin Islands National Park with its idyllic beaches and expansive hiking trails.

Recently, Happy Place received top to bottom complete remodel, including all new appliances and furnishings! In 2019, a "TESLA POWERWALL" Solar System was installed, which creates clean, renewable power from the sun and ensures that when the power goes down on island, the lights stay on at Happy Place.
When you arrive at Happy Place, you will enjoy your own private, palm lined parking area and covered entry. Beach chairs, towels and an ice chest are provided to accommodate your daily excursions.
